Career Plan
Consultant
You will participate in solving the problem and you will be responsible for developing different aspects of the project. You will help to gather information, develop analysis and give presentations that communicate the solution to the problem to clients.
Senior Consultant
You will have a key role in solving the problem and you will be responsible for leading the more complex parts of the solution, including being able to manage some fronts on your own. You will begin to develop increasingly solid elations with clients and you will be a guide to the team of younger consultants.
MBA
We support and finance your MBA at the world’s best universities, and we will offer you an accelerated development plan upon your return.
Associate
You will lead the development of the solution to the problem and will play a key role in managing the work team. You will be responsible for planning the execution of the project and managing the relationship with the client.
Manager
You will play a key role in managing the entire project. You will be responsible for its planning and execution, managing the relationship with the client and strengthening the development of your work team.
Director
You will be responsible for leading the execution of more than one project at a time, passing on your experience to the work team. You will begin to develop ever stronger relations with clients, positioning yourself as an expert in your field, and you will have an increasingly active role in the company’s development in different areas of the business.
Vice-President
You will be responsible for development of the business, concerning yourself with strengthening the team’s talent and generating relations of trust with current and future clients, identifying business and collaborative opportunities. You will promote knowledge development and push the frontier of what is possible for your clients.
Partner
You will be responsible for building the company’s future and will have a key role in both strategic and cultural decisions; you will develop and cultivate long-term relations with clients.
