Ana Vieira joins BCG Platinion in Brazil as Managing Director

BCG Platinion has strengthened its team in Brazil with the hire of Ana Vieira from IBM. 

Appointed a Managing Director, Ana Vieira brings over 25 years of experience in technology services to the firm. Part of Boston Consulting Group, BCG Platinion provides consulting offerings in the design, development and implementation of advanced technology solutions.

During her 20+ years at IBM, Vieira held several leadership roles, including Cloud & Cognitive Solutions Tech Sales and Services Director, and before that Cloud Technical Sales Director. “My long tenure at IBM has given me the opportunity to work in a number of different business units, and taking insight from each of them has provided me with a broad perspective on the technology sales process that I’m looking forward to applying at BCG Platinion,” she said.

Operating from BCG Platinion’s office in Sao Paulo, Vieira will help clients with managing their large, complex technology transformations. “At BCG Platinion we empower companies on their digital journeys helping transform their technology platforms and IT capabilities, to improve margins, optimize future products and amplify business value.”

Ana Vieira’s appointment comes in sync with two other senior hires globally for BCG Platinion, that of Valérie Chemla in France and Isme Oosthuizen in South Africa.
