Argentinian firms Prime Action Consulting and Market One join Andersen Consulting
It has been a busy few months for Andersen Consulting’s dealmakers in Argentina, with the global consulting firm securing two new members in June and July.
Announced yesterday, Andersen Consulting has strengthened its capabilities in Argentina with the addition of collaborating firm Prime Action Consulting. Based in São Paulo, Prime Action Consulting specializes in market access strategy and channel management within the automotive, agribusiness, banking, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications sectors.
The firm’s offerings include market access strategy, intelligent channel management, commercial and distribution policy design, channel development services, and training.

Late June, Andersen Consulting also welcomed Market One to its ranks. Founded in 2009 by Esteban Neville and Jerónimo Fernández Abeijón, Market One supports its clients with enhancing their commercial capabilities, with expertise in areas such as strategic consulting, commercial excellence, technology enablement, and insight-driven decision-making.
The Buenos Aires-based firm boasts a track record of over 1,200 projects across Argentina and 20 other countries since its inception.

An illustrious history
Andersen Consulting was once one of the biggest names in the world of consulting, but after its split from its parent Andersen in 1998 the firm then rebranded to Accenture in 2000. Now, Andersen Consulting is making a comeback and rebuilding its brand and network. Since its formal launch early 2025, the company has added over 20 member firms focused on consulting services in countries around the world.
Last month, Andersen Consulting also added new partners in Ecuador (GMS) and Colombia (Azurian Consulting).
