EY-Parthenon’s Strategy leader Jorge Lacayo joins FTI Consulting in Mexico

FTI Consulting has strengthened its team in Mexico City with Jorge Lacayo, who joins the firm’s Business Transformation practice.

Appointed a Senior Managing Director, Jorge Lacayo brings more than 25 years of experience working for leading consulting firms, including EY-Parthenon, McKinsey & Company, and Kearney.

Before joining FTI Consulting, Lacayo led EY-Parthenon’s Strategy practice across Latin America for nine years. Prior to that, he spent over a decade at McKinsey & Company, rising to the rank of Partner. He began his career at Kearney and also gained around three years of industry experience in manufacturing and life sciences.

Lacayo’s expertise spans growth strategy, commercial due diligence, market assessments, planning, marketing and sales, and route-to-market across multiple industries. He advises both corporate and private equity clients on identifying, assessing, and capturing growth opportunities.

Throughout his career, Lacayo has worked extensively with corporations and portfolio companies in Mexico and across Latin America, with a particular focus on Latin American companies entering the North American market and international players establishing a presence in Mexico.
