Integration Consulting appoints Carolina Flores as partner in Brazil office

Integration Consulting, a Brazil-headquartered management consultancy with offices worldwide, has announced the appointment of Carolina Flores as partner. She becomes the firm’s 13th partner.

Now in her 15th year at Integration Consulting, Carolina Flores leads complex projects for major Brazilian companies across retail, consumer goods, healthcare and financial services. She specializes in finance transformation, M&A execution, operational efficiency and large-scale business and digital transformation.

Flores has supported numerous clients with achieving their financial objectives through efficiency programmes, organizational realignments, synergy evaluations, and post-merger integrations.

In Brazil, she leads the Finance & Management Consulting area, and additionally, she serves as the company’s group-wide CFO – overseeing operations across 7 offices on 4 continents. Integration Consulting operates with offices in Buenos Aires, São Paulo, Mexico City, Santiago, Chicago, London, and Munich.
