BrazilAtento named as number 1 Latin American professional services workplace
Professional services firm Atento has been named in the Best Multinationals in Latin America study by Great Places to Work. The announcement marks the 8th year in a row in which Atento has featured on the list.
The Luxembourg based firm was the only professional services or management consultancy firm to appear on the 2018 list,which was generally full with financial institutions, hospitality, telecommunications and IT providers. Atento ranked at number 17 on the list overall, sitting just behind AT&T International and Scotiabank.
Atento operates across 13 countries in Latin America and employs over 150,000 people. The firm sees itself as the leading provider of customer relationship management and business process outsourcing services. Atento is one of the largest providers worldwide in terms of revenue and attributes its success to its unwavering commitment to its employees.
