Eric Emiliano and Felipe Ahouagi partner at L.E.K. Consulting
Global management consulting firm L.E.K. Consulting has appointed two new partners in its Latin American division.
Both new partners – Eric Emiliano and Felipe Ahouagi – are based in L.E.K. Consulting’s São Paolo office, which launched in 2013 – at the time becoming the firm’s first Latin American hub.
Eric Emiliano has been with L.E.K. Consulting since 2016, having previously served Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) for over two years. From the base in São Paulo, Emiliano leads the Agribusiness practice in South America, with a focus on organic and inorganic strategic growth agendas.
His track record includes developing strategic transformation programs for clients across sectors, including go-to-market strategies, distributor excellence programs, market assessments, due diligence, pricing strategies and digital transformation and growth strategies. Emiliano has a degree in production engineering from Universidade Federal de São Carlos.
Felipe Ahouagi has been with L.E.K. Consulting since 2018. Prior to joining, he spent close to a decade at Bain & Company in Brazil. He has more than 13 years of experience in strategic consulting, with a particular focus on retail, food and beverage, fitness, payments, insurance, banking, technology and mobility solutions.
The head of L.E.K. Consulting’s Consumer and Financial Services practices in Latin America, Ahouagi advises clients on a range of topics including strategic planning, adjacent business expansion, internationalization strategy, customer experience, loyalty programs and mergers & acquisitions. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
