Droga5 appoints members in Culture & Communications department
Droga5 has completed an organizational reshuffle in São Paulo, bringing together members from two teams into an expanded Culture & Communications department.
The unified Culture & Communications department will lead the development and execution of internal projects, communication channels, and events, as well as oversee external communications, including social media and the firm’s overall public relations strategy.
The department is led by Johana Quintana, who has been appointed as Head of People, Culture & Communications. She is a seasoned executive in organizational culture, diversity & inclusion, and brand communication, with a background in agencies and consultancies such as Box1824 and Sharp Cultural Intelligence.
Joining her is Bárbara Lima as Director of Culture & Communications, a communications professional with over 10 years of experience in corporate reputation, media relations, and strategic brand management.
Other members of the Culture & Communications department are Raiany Fernandes (Culture & Communications Manager), Gabriele Oliveira (People & Culture Analyst), Lucas Schuch (Culture & Communications Analyst), Luma Araujo (PR Analyst), and Aline dos Santos (Talent Recruiter).
In a statement, Quintana said that the reshuffle underscores the firm’s belief that culture and communication are stronger together, supported by people working in multi-disciplinary teams under one roof. “When culture and communication meet with authenticity, they stop being just rhetoric and become direction, both inside the agency and out in the market.”
Droga5 is one of the world’s leading creative and digital agencies. The firm has been part of Accenture since 2019 and launched its São Paulo office in 2022.
