Projects
Many of the notable projects that Paradigma has delivered have been with major Latin American and global banking groups including HSBC, BNP Paribas, BBVA, and ICBC, driving strategic transformations in their operations. For example, in customer service domain, the consultancy helped a major bank redesign its service model, boosting user satisfaction and profitability.

For another client in the sector, critical processes and workflows were optimized, fostering collaboration among digital teams and enhancing the experience in the bank’s corporate offices.

In natural resources, Paradigma has advised industry leaders like Total, Petrobras, and Enap, among others. A standout case was the implementation of a new operational and back-office model for an electricity distributor, prioritizing customer self-service through digital platforms. Additionally, the firm supported the creation of innovative roles, and the consolidation of an organizational culture aligned with digital transformation, achieving greater efficiency and adaptability in competitive environments.

Leadership Team

Paradigma’s Executive Team is responsible for managing the consulting firm, leading business strategy, supervising business practices, and overseeing operations and talent management.

The firm is led by CEO Juan Defiore, who joined as a consultant in 1993 at the beginning of his career and has been with the company ever since. Prior to becoming CEO, Defiore was Head of the industry group Products & Resources (manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, agribusiness, energy, and mining).

Pablo Guido is responsible for the Operations & Supply Chain practice, the Products & Resources industry vertical and is actively involved in the firm’s international growth. He is a Board Member at Nextcontinent and represents Paradigma’s interests within the global network.
