Andersen boost Dominican Republic presence with Valumonics and Valora

Andersen Global has boosted its presence in the Dominican Republic through the additions of Valumonics and Valora.
Founded in 2010, Valumonics works with corporations, financial institutions, investment companies, and individuals across a wide range of industries, servicing clients in both local and international markets. The Santo Domingo-based firm is specialized in valuation, mergers & acquisitions, financial strategy design and implementation, estate planning, and corporate law.
“Our goal is to provide clients with independent, multidisciplinary, integrated services,” said Tomás Fernández, Founder and Managing Partner of Valumonics. “We look forward to fostering strong business relationships with the member and collaborating firms of Andersen Global and being a strategic advisor for families and leading companies in the Dominican market.”
Meanwhile, the addition of Valora’s team in the Dominican Republic is part of a wider collaboration agreement. Headquartered in the US, Valora has offices in the US, Dominican Republic, the UK, and Cayman Islands. Yesterday, Valora and Andersen Global announced the two consulting firms will collaborate in their respective markets.
Valora offers a comprehensive range of services, including valuation, accounting and administration, global entity management, and fund services to private and institutional clients. “Collaborating with Andersen is an excellent fit for both our clients and our team,” said Luis de Leon, partner at Valora. “The synergies within our service offerings will enable us to deliver comprehensive, integrated solutions with ever-increasing global reach.”
Mark Vorsatz, Chairman and CEO of Andersen Global, said the network is delighted to grow its presence in the Dominican Republic. “The country has one of the fastest growing economies in Latin America. These two additions solidify our capabilities in the Dominican Republic and strengthens our ability to meet the evolving needs of clients in the region.”
