Peers Consulting + Technology partners with global player Andersen Consulting
Brazil-based Peers Consulting + Technology has become a collaborating firm of Andersen Consulting.
Founded in 2012, Peers Consulting + Technology (Peers) is one of the fastest growing business and technology consultancies in the Brazilian market, recognized by the Financial Times for three consecutive years. The company advises and supports its clients in areas such as advanced analytics and generative AI, IT strategy, customer experience, finance, cybersecurity, sustainability, supply chain, mergers & acquisitions, and organizational transformation.
Peers has around 400 employees – they work on projects in Brazil and several other countries in Latin America. Well-known clients include Grupo Boticário, Cogna, Yduqs, Alpargatas, Marisa, and Grupo Fleury.
Through its affiliation with Andersen Consulting, Peers will be able to deepen its expertise, tap into the knowhow of other members firms around the world, and grow its cross-border offering to clients.
Re-launched at the start of 2025, Andersen Consulting aims to become a $1 billion consulting business by 2028. The firm has since its inception built strong momentum – establishing a presence in more than 65 countries and growing its team to over 3,000 professionals worldwide.
“We believe meaningful transformation happens at the intersection of data, technology, and human insight,” said Pedro Ribeiro, Managing Partner of Peers. “We work side by side with our clients to turn challenges into growth. Collaborating with Andersen Consulting enables us to extend that approach globally and help more organizations navigate complexity with clarity and speed.”
Welcoming Peers to its network, Mark Vorsatz, chairman and CEO of Andersen (the parent of Andersen Consulting), said: “Peers has found a way to link bold strategy with pragmatic execution, exactly what our clients need in fast-moving markets. Their track record in digital performance and AI-led transformation complements our global platform.”
Over the past twelve months, Andersen Consulting added several new member and collaborating firms to its network in Latin America.
